Description
Seeking experienced and dependable handyman/caretaker for religious organization with 2 buildings in downtown Wilmington. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and irrigation systems required. Competent with hand and electrical tools. A self -starter who is proactive and has ability to manage projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include routine interior and exterior maintenance, identify and address potential repairs, respond to requests of Facility Administrator, maintain supplies and work related documentation. Basic computer skills a plus. Light cleaning of interior and exterior of facilities. Restock supplies as needed. Setup and takedown for events. 16 to 20 hrs. per week. Weekdays with some evenings and weekends. Must have own transportation, speak English and be authorized to work. Please reply with phone number/contact information.
