Apply at allstarlabor.com All Star Labor & Staffing is looking to hire 5 to 7 new employees with no specific experience, although cellular experience would gain a premium in pay. This position would be full time, and the following are some basic criteria: • Can travel • Can Climb up to 200' • Can lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs often • Valid ODL with no major violations in the last three years (preferred not required) These positions will pay $17.00/hr to start, and is intended to transition to a full time position at which time it will pay $18.00/hr and be eligible for benefits. Benefits once getting hired on include: • 401k that company contributes 3% (not a match, just contribution no matter what) • Full medical with employee premium fully paid by company • Paid time off • (9) Paid holidays • Per diem to cover cost of meal while travelling ($200.00 per week average) • Yearly bonus based on company profit and time of service The goal is to find responsible, mature individuals that we can train toward being crew leads and foremen. Crew leads make between $21.00/hr and $24.00/hr, and foremen make between $24.00/hr and $30.00 per hr.
