General Contractor Requirements: • General Liability insurance (must have, FIRM requirement) • Workman’s comp (must have, FIRM requirement) • License preferred • Must be able to supply and install material Typical scope of work includes: • Demo • Framing • Drywall • Interior Painting • Lighting Supply & Install (2 lights for current job) • Light plumbing & electrical • Install Appliances (Appliances provided by HBOA) No tile/flooring installs, no window installs, no garage door install, no kitchen countertop installs, and no landscaping work. WE WORK FAST! Initial meeting onsite, pre-construction meeting at our office a few days later, and job starts NEXT DAY! Phone call is preferred over texts and emails.
