 ✔ About the Position: We are looking for a full-time customer service representative that wants to work at an award-winning locally family owned garage door company that's been in business since 1977 and has 30 employees. This job entails answering phones, scheduling customers through our scheduling software, helping customers with retail purchases, and performing administrative duties. No cold-calling or hard selling required. Hardly ever are our customers upset, because we deliver on our promises and our customers respect our reputation because of it! ______________________________________________ ❗ Job Requirements: -Positive attitude -Strong work ethic -Multitasking -Pleasant phone voice -Basic computer skills -Pass a drug test and background check (no felonies) ___________________________________________________________________ ⏰ Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm Saturdays (NOT negotiable) Office meetings 7:00am Fridays _____________________________________________________________________ 💰 Pay and Benefits: $45,000-$50,000+ during first year. Pay starts at $14.00/hr paid weekly with direct deposit option. Monthly company bonuses are based on a team goal and range from $200-$800+ per person. Lunches are 1 hour and are paid. 30 minutes on Saturday due to shortened schedules. 50% of medical and dental insurance is covered. Life insurance provided. 3% retirement matching after 1st year.
