We are looking for a maintenance employee for Sat/Sun/Mon, Friday or Tuesdays also a possibility. Ten hour shifts. General Knowledge of basic maintenance a plus. Job duties will include work in the following areas but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, yard maintenance, HVAC, pool and spa maintenance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to bend twist turn and be on feet for several hours. Ideal candidate will be a self starter with a strong work ethic. Must be able to work well independently with little direction.
