ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL CREW

Earth Tools Inc. (Sustainable Systems division) is seeking applicants for an invasive plant removal crew for 4 - 5 weeks this Spring beginning on April 5th. Three positions are open at $12 per hour, paid weekly. All applicants should be physically fit, used to working outdoors, and ideally, interested in the natural resources field. Work entails digging / pulling plants on sometimes steep terrain. Work will primarily be on properties in Franklin County and will be contingent upon weather. Anticipate 3-4 days of work a week. This is an opportunity to learn about native and non-native plants, explore ecologically significant properties in different watersheds, and meet landowners interested in preserving and protecting our native plant populations.
