We are now hiring an experienced handyman technician for our tenant occupied properties located in Tarrant County. 5 year handyman experience required. Must be independent, no general contractors. Duties include but are not limited to painting, sheetrock repair, texture, fence repairs, flooring, doors, windows, light plumbing, electrical repairs, and more. Must complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule daily. Must be able to report to management daily and have strong communication skills. Emailing, text messaging, and providing photos is required. Reliable truck or van is required. Minimum basic hand tools and power tools is required. Must be willing to travel throughout the Fort Worth territory. Weekend shifts available and required at times. Drug screening and background checks. Compensation is at an hourly rate with monthly increase. Truck and mileage reimbursement.
