Looking for Pet Rescue Advice

Our cat brought home a baby bunny last night that doesn’t have visible injuries but does seem somewhat unwell. There appears to be no broken skin or bones, but the poor baby flops around and jumps in circles and keeps its head twisted to the side at all times. I’m suspecting this was a condition it already had which allowed for our cat to get close enough and pounce. I haven’t been able to get it to eat or drink and so I’m hoping someone might know of a shelter close to Clay City who might be able to help. Thanks
