Looking for more Vendors to do MAKE READIES! Make Readies consist of installing blinds, smoke alarms, changing AC filters, removing trash, installing mail boxes, light fixtures, minor repairs. We also need Painters, tile guys, carpenters, and More. We are not looking for companies we are looking for individuals that do contract labor, we pay by the hour. We do General maintenance for Occupied Work Orders. Looking for well rounded guys that can do any or all of the above. Must have a reliable working cell phone, with internet. Must be dependable Must have own reliable transportation. A TRUCK IS A PLUS. Must have own hand tools, drill. We provide all materials. We work with Management companies, Realtors, and Home Owners. We pay by the hour only not by the job. We pay every Friday. Time cuts off the Friday before. Must have good communication skills. Must be clean cut an neat in appearance.
