Small Oranda fish with brand new tank and supplies

I’ve tried to become a fish person and it hasn’t worked out. I got 2 bettas that died on me and bought 4-5 tanks. And this one has been the trooper. His name is lieutenant dan from Forrest Gump. I love him very much but it’s just been a lot and prefer him to be in better hands with someone who is wiser in this aspect. Ideal conditions for this Oranda is: 68-71.5F temperature PH between 5 and 8 Hardness - 6-18 DGH He is currently in RO water from a water dispensary and I recommend doing the same for ideal water. So I would like to rehome him to someone who has better fish knowledge and care. I will include all his tank and supplies (some are not pictured such as a new 10 gallon tank and new lid with LED, new siphon gravel cleaner I have not opened yet, new bucket, new magnetic cleaner, other like new filters (think there should be 2-3) from all the tanks I bought and also one unopened new filter as well). He has an air pump as well but I also have it dual hooked up to two bubblers, one with LED, the other is an airstone and I have an extra airstone as well. He really likes those. Will also include extra decor and another little den home. I also have fish food as well for him. I also just bought a fancy bottle of water conditioner/ammonia remover for him as well and that’s all he needs ever if you use tap water and RO as goldfish produce a lot of ammonia. They also should not be overfed. The tank that’s pictured is temporary and will not be included as it is too small. I have just moved him into the new and bigger tank the other day. SERIOUS PEOPLE ONLY WHO HAVE KNOWLEDGE. He deserves a good home with someone who will know how to take care of him. Fish are not for kids or people who think they are easy and low maintenance because they are not. Only thing I do not have is test strips because my husband uses his pool strips to test. I can also accept cashapp and Venmo for the rehoming fee. I am to rehome him for 100 (cannot go lower as everything is brand new and I’d like to get some money back at least) as I have spent a lot on everything ($300+) and will also include another small acrylic tank you can use for isolation or for cleanings. I am located in the Aliante/Centennial area, cross streets are N Decatur and Elkhorn.
