My name's Jeremy. I grew up around many musicians and music professionals on both sides of my family. I learned to sing at a very young age but never enjoyed performing. I always had an excellent ear for music. I worked for a few Austin Texas music talent agencies as an A and R director. I basically did mainly talent scouting. I'd listen to music and if it was what the agency was looking for, I'd refer them to my boss. I left these positions because many of the talent agencies and record labels I dealt with, treated my musicians very badly. The musicians were taken advantage of for their money and time. I do miss talent scouting. I want to put my great ear for music to use. If anyone has any work, I am interested.
