We are seeking a Dishwasher / Janitor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for yourself and others. Responsibilities: Wash and put away all dirty dishes, pots, pans, etc. in dishwasher or by hand. Rinse recyclables and place in recycle bins Drain and clean dishwasher area Keep surfaces sanitized Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen, pantries, restrooms, and dining hall Clean all restrooms Empty and reline trashcans. Clean cans when necessary Wash floor mats weekly or as needed Maintain ranges once a month Work as an integral part of a team ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred Ability to operate a commercial automatic dishwasher Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to operate a speed buffer Ability to reach both high and low racks Ability to work in a hot, damp environment Ability to stay focused and on task Ability to work well with others
