Need safe positioned and bolted down

Job is in Wewahitchka FL. Safe is on site. Instal 1 & 1/2" base by drilling 4 - 3/8" holes in concrete. Screw down base. Safe is 780 lbs on a pallet. Using small pipes you roll the safe off the pallet on to a pallet jack. Then roll in place onto base. Screw down. Must have all the proper tools. Safe is about 30" tall.
