Two positions available, Shipping and Delivery Driver. BayStone Inc. is a material supply company for the construction industry. We manufacture things like architectural elements to prefabricated panels for high rise buildings. This position is for a Driver / Shipping person. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and good critical thinking skills. This person should have experience on heavy equipment like forklifts, Gradalls, etc. This person should also be comfortable driving a Box truck, Stake bed truck and towing a trailer. This is not a normal shipping job, critical thinking and working with a team is mandatory. A good attitude and willingness to learn is also mandatory. There is a lot of room for growth within this company and we're looking for people that are looking to grow with us and eager to do great things. Deliveries are generally in CA and will require a professional demeaner with experience on construction sites. Drivers are generally leaving at 3am. With anywhere from 10-15 deliveries per month. Drivers get lots of overtime. Shippers should be familiar with power tools and carpentry knowledge is a bonus. Ability to work long hours when needed. Anyone who applies must be reliable and ready to work hard. Ideal candidate will have general warehouse experience, such as: * Palletizing freight * Shrink wrapping freight * Organizing/moving freight * Loading trailers and trucks * Utilizing ratchet straps and tie downs * Operating pallet jacks * Operating forklift * Properly lifting up to 100 lbs * Performing team lifts Delivery driving experience preferred. * Experience driving oversize trucks * Experience driving box trucks * Experience pulling trailers Position starts at $17/hr with lots of room to grow.
