What's up with the new hostel open in downtown Charlotte??

Recently a building downtown was purchased and is being used to house migrants. A friend of mine has the unfortunate luck to live next door and has had many problems with noise and excessive foot traffic thru out the night. Seems there is construction being done to accommodate even more. Just a heads up
