Job Description Plant Concepts is looking for a full-time professional Lawn Cutting Foreman to help us continue providing quality service to our clients. JOB OVERVIEW: Plant Concepts creates and maintains exterior landscaping for many businesses and municipalities throughout Rochester and you will be appreciated for what you do by your customers. This position includes being responsible for a crew of three and completing a weekly mowing schedule on time throughout the growing season. Other landscape maintenance work may be periodically required. Year-round employment an opportunity. Daily logs and handling of paperwork required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years’ experience of lawn cutting, pass a drug test, have ability to work on feet up to 8 hours per day and have own reliable transportation to and from work. Current driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must have experience and be able to operate truck/trailer combination and all small equipment/hand tools safely. Must have the ability to get along well with our clients and be able to communicate with a positive attitude to our team. WORK HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 40+hours per week. Occasional weekend work may be needed if schedule is weather delayed. Expected to be at work everyday on-time.
