*Certified Pool Operator needed for full time maintenance and service.* Growing family business looking for long term employees that want to grow with the company. In search of a qualified, presentable and attentive candidate that will start by taking care of pools and spas and as we take on more contracts, move to a managerial role, hire maintenance techs and deal with client interactions. Current staff made up of two generations, as the older generation phases out, younger generation has room to fill their shoes, is that going to be you? 40-50+ hours/week with hourly bonuses. *Wage will be dependent on your past experience and how well you integrate in to our 30 year old, multi-generational company. The growth available with this job opportunity is never ending, which means your wage can increase with the growth of our maintenance department if you are capable of managing the growth. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 to $30.00 /hour *Skills* * Proven working experience in swimming pool maintenance * Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies * Knowledge of pH, alkalinity, etc.. * Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets * Integrity COVID-19 considerations: To keep all of our staff safe, masks are required on site and there is hand sanitizer available within the building and in company trucks. Experience: * Pentair Automation: 1 year (Preferred) * Heater Maintenance: 1 year (Required) * swimming pool maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) **Must have a valid Driver's License.**
