tunnel rat needed- skinny- fix leak under house

I have pvc water lines that run through the crawl space of my house and somewhere under there it froze and cracked. Looking for someone that can crawl up in there, locate, and fix. Believe me I would do it if I were skinnier and younger- I have many times before. Let me know that you've repaired PVC water line before, know how to do it, and can get this done, and when and what you will charge. Also, if you have other skills, I could use you for more work if you want to make it a day.
