Position Overview: Preform general construction activities, with an emphasis on installing tower systems and the maintenance and inspections of existing tower structures. Responsible for all phases of tower construction, modification, repair, and maintenance. Assist troubleshooting cellular network installation projects. Identify all materials and other resources needed to complete project in a timely and efficient manner. Assist installing guy wires, grounding, and cad welding. Complete all necessary technical training provided by Sabre Industries. Operate hand and power tools. Position requirements: • Ability to climb and work at elevated heights up to 2000’ • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing. • Medical and physical ability to perform duties of the position. • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license, with and meet required driving record guidelines. • Ability to travel for extended periods of time • Oral and written communication skills. • Computer proficiencies included basic understanding of the Outlook, Excel, and Adob • Ability to read and understand general job-related documents • Demonstrate the ability to take required photos, upload into the site program, and properly label • General understanding on proper use of inspection equipment.
