NO WEEKNIGHTS, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. The Operations Manager position is responsible for staff, sales, and Window Cleaning. The position includes hiring, training, and retaining employees. Sales include creating residential and commercial estimates. Window cleaning includes commercial and residential properties from 1 to 3 stories. This position also requires customer service, assigning work orders, checking in orders, collecting accounts receivable, and answering in coming calls. We clean commercial and residential windows, three stories or below.
