Rehoming Awesome AKC Beagle Puppy!

I need to rehome my awesome beagle, Kobe, as sad as that makes me. He's a little over 1 year old, and I live in East Austin. He's an AKC-registered beagle and has all his shots, is potty and crate trained, and is neutered. I live in a condo community without a backyard, so I realize that he needs either a large backyard or a ranch to get that puppy energy out and allow for his beagle scent to take over. I will say that he goes crazy when I have to walk him around my condo community and he sees either dogs or humans. I will be interviewing those who are interested and asking a lot of questions to ensure that Kobe is going to a loving home. A REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE EITHER A LARGE BACKYARD OR A RANCH. The rehoming fee is $300, which includes his crate, playpen, sweater, toys, food bowl, beds, and other stuff. Text or email is preferred. Thanks, Nick
