Lead Window and Door Installer This position is responsible for the success of window & door related installations for Residentail applications as well as service. This position is responsible for proper installation practices and is dedicated to customer service. Customer satisfaction and realizing the expected profitability are the ultimate responsibilities. Work Duties Strategic Work Maintaining standard processes and procedures Work in conjunction with the Sales Department for installation. Carrying out Installation of the Residential Department. Clock in and out of each job when expected Maintain a clean and orderly work truck and work space. Always dress appropriately and upkeep personal hygiene. Tactical Work Load and unload stock from delivery and installation. Inspect all glass and clean thoroughly before installation. Experience in Installing of all types of Residential projects. All work orders created before work is started. Use time regularly and fill out job progress books. As a company policy, all employees are expected to be cross-trained in more than their immediate job responsibilities so they can be utilized in periods of vacation, illness and heavy workload.
