6 hours a day; Monday, Teusday, Wed, Thursday ; 10-4pm?? ( could do 8-2 or 9-3) extra days/hours available.. Willing to work around your other existing clients until you feel comfortable just working with one ‘family’. Housekeeping for a 1 bed 1 bath primary residence (with airbnb 1bed 1 bath 2 room apartment) in Mid Town Ventura, my companions ‘man cave’ 1 bed 1.5 bath apartment near surfers point. And an additional AirBnb studio unit (all close by) NEVER the same day twice! All aspects of home care, including deep cleaning and laundry/ironing; ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED. Must Like Cats!!! 1 at main residence. YOU MUST BE OK WITH IRONING!! Searching for someone detail/organizationally oriented! Consistent transportation a MUST. Clean enviornments in need of TLC!! No mold or 'icky' A little deep cleaning but given a 4 day a week schedule simply a matter of scheduling tasks; like cleaning fridge, doing windows ets. With the Covid-19 pandemic continuing social distancing is preferable, I do provide quality surgical/kn95 masks and gloves when close proximity is necessary. Myself and regular staff have been vacinnated. Looking for someone long term who would like steady pay and much RESPECT. Immigration status not an issue; bank account required for auto transfers. Pay starts at $16 per hour with evaluation after 8 weeks. Independent Contractor status for the first 90 days. OK with a gal that does not speak English; and perhaps a family member helps with the introduction. My Assistant speaks fluent Spanish and I speak 'spanglish'. Smiles.
