On call security guard

I own a building with 12 renters it’s an office building and we need an individual that can address issues security issues. Usually between the hours of five and 9:00 Monday through Saturday. Someone who can establish a relationship with the runners also be on call if there’s anyone that gets into the building or any of the renters are using the space inappropriately.
