Simple guy here looking to expand my experience with 55+ aged beef. Prefer silver and need the beef to be able to firm up and perform even though it’s aged. I’d like to find a supplier of aged beef for regular orders and consumption. Let me know if you have ideas of where to find this most delicious and perfect delicacy.
