Looking for experienced tradesman- building mostly decks, pergolas, and wood fencing.
The position will start out as casual but could lead to regular PT/FT seasonal hours.
On-site & in-shop work in Indianapolis & surrounding area
You will be tested on your knowledge & abilities- so don't waste our time/yours.
Candidates:
* must be available "weekday afternoons & weekends".
* excellent communication skills, professional attitude
* punctual, accountable, dependable, reliable, honest, trustworthy
* hardworking, get'it done attitude, problem solver, creative thinker, team player
* strong, fit, motivated, ready for the challenge
* able to read/work from plans/drawings & possess ability to stay on schedule
* able to use/run tools/equipment
* no drugs, drunks, felons - tested/verified.
Pay will depend on experience. Asst $14-18/hr | Lead $18-25/hr | plus bonuses $$
