Hey neighbors! I work with a property management company that specializes in Airbnb management in Portland. We are in need of part time cleaners (2-4 days per week) for ~$20/hour. Each property is different pay depending on the size of the house, but it works out to about $20/hour. The role includes coming in after a renter and cleaning the house/apartment, washing linens, and getting the unit ready for the next guests typically checking in just hours later. You’ll be cleaning 1-3 units on the days that you work. Due to the nature of the industry, each week has a different work load. The depend does change. We are exiting our slower season and the amount of cleaning only ramps up from now until September. We manage properties in every quadrant of Portland so we aren’t limited to this neighborhood, that being said, we prefer to work with our local neighbors in possible.
