One90 Firewheel / Integrated Property Management One90 Firewheel is a luxury style multifamily apartment community in the heart of Garland, Texas. We are looking for a Make Ready / Porter at our apartments, One90 Firewheel in Garland, Texas! This position will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at the most reasonable level of expense possible. Perform direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property. Evening and Weekend work is typical and usual.
