I rescued a old pet of mine from people who mistreated him. They never cut his hair, left him outside all the time even in the cold. Very dirty and has hair balls. I wish I could keep him but I cannot. If anyone can rescue him. He needs update on shots. I need to let him go ASAP. He is almost 2 yrs old. Thanks!
