We are needing help in our packaging and shipping department. The job is located in Medford and is Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm with flexible hours that may require more or less time daily. The ideal person for this role will be a team player with a positive attitude that is hard working and detail-oriented. We are a small team and value those who work hard and have good communication skills. Preference for applicants willing to come in early and stay late when we get a large influx of orders needing to go out as we try to ship within 24-48 hours for online orders and sometimes need a little extra effort to achieve this goal. DAILY TASKS MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Printing shipping labels Reviewing invoices to organize day and supply needed Package orders Ship orders which may include scheduling a pickup or taking to the post office Sort and label inventory Weigh, package and label finished goods Lightly trim &/or sift flower going out for orders Make pre-rolls Any other general task related to shipping and receiving as needed Pay depends on skillset, reliability and work ethic and varies from $14-18 per hour with paid major holidays (and paid time off after 1 year).
