Micro-Market Merchandiser BE’S Refreshments, NE Wisconsin’s premier refreshment provider, is looking for an experienced Merchandiser. This position will inventory markets daily and using analytics and inventory management, will adjust product offerings in the market space to drive sales. This is a great job for someone who likes to be "on the go". Job Responsibilities Primary duty will be the daily inventory of multiple micro-markets, along with product rotation Using information from inventories along with sales data, the ideal candidate will help determine product options, and will help plan and implement product changes Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately Organizing and implementing promotions Check dates on all products Look for sales trends and adjust par levels and product mix accordingly Collaborate with our Micro-Market Manager to plan and implement software upgrades and market refreshes Help fill markets upon install Maintain market cleanliness and organization All other duties as assigned by Micro Market Manager Requirements Prior working experience with “in market” merchandising/inventorying Ability to set a schedule, and meet targeted goals Excellent verbal and written communications skills Only candidates that complete an application will be considered.
