Remove old gutter system and replace with new gutter system. Single story house approx 70' x 30' of fascia. 6" K-Style Seamless Aluminum Gutter with 8 downspouts. Materials: - Gutter: Seamless 6" K-Style Aluminum,.032 inch thick - Color: Antique bronze - Downspouts: 3"x 4" - Downspout Outlets: Wide mouth, oversize, downspout outlets. - Hangers: Hidden aluminum gutter hangers with clip. Installation: - Gutters to be hung with 1/16" fall from North Side to South Side and, 1/16" fall from West side to East side. NO BOWING IN THE MIDDLE. - ALL parts of the gutter to be lower than roofline. - Install gutter hangers every 2'. - Install gutter apron or furring strip where gutter is not under the roof's drip edge. - All downspouts should extend 3' from the house. - Downspout cutouts will be cut to the proper size, uniformly bent, and screws trimmed to prevent catching debris. - Seal all rivets, screws and end end-caps on the inside of the gutter with a high-quality siliconized caulk.
