I have a lot of interior and exterior house/yard updating, improvement, and renovation projects I'm looking to get done but I find myself completely unmotivated after getting home from work or on my days off. I really do want to get my "honey-do" list tackled and tamed but I realized I work best with a partner. Projects include: Cabinet and dishwasher installation Tearing up carpets and putting in replacement flooring Replacing bathroom wall Repairing and building a couple interior walls Door repair and squaring Rewiring Replumbing Ceiling repair Drywall work Other remodeling work Remodeling mess cleanup Driveway work and repair Retaining wall building Siding removal and replacement Old porch tear-down Porch/deck/swingset building House sill dig out and replacement Tree and limb removal Fire escape removal and replacement More I can't think of right now At minimum, I'm looking for someone to act as a helping hand and accountability partner, perhaps even able to make suggestions on how to best accomplish any given goal. At best I'm hoping for someone who has the experience and basically knows what they are doing and talking about. I have a Kubota tractor to help with many of the projects. Looking for help all weekend, every weekend (unless you need a day off-no problem, I will probably need a day off here and there) 6-8 hours a day, Mondays too if you are available until all the work is done. I am willing to work with one person every weekend, or piece together help as it is available. While I am willing and able to pay cash, I am also open to the possibility of trading hours if you could also use a smart, cooperative, easy-going helper. If you spend five hours helping me with projects, I will spend five hours helping you with your projects! Additionally, I am an experienced and talented mechanic and would consider trading experienced contractor help for experienced mechanic work. Let's chat and see what we can arrange!
