Read and watch a little about us here: Company: Advanced Sign LLC Location: Meridian, Idaho Employee Type: Full-time permanent Hours: Various shifts available Base Pay: (depends on experience) Preferred Experience and Skills: Hand tools, packaging, forklift, warehouse and shipping experience helpful We are seeking highly motivated candidates that possess the following attributes: • Desire to learn and be trained • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures • Punctuality • Team player, competitive with a sense of urgency • Effective communication skills • Strong work ethic • Ability to work well under pressure adapt in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Flexible and able to take on more than one thing • Able to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks efficiently   RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Performing various shipping activities: • Construct custom boxes from sheet cardboard • Construct custom crates using plywood, dimensional lumber and screws • Plan and create void fill and blocking around fragile and sometimes large and heavy custom products • Troubleshoot shipping damage in an effort to reduce breakage and always be improving our customer experience • Accurately fill out bills of lading and shipping data in shipping applications • Lift and move boxes weighing up to 65 lbs. with assistance • Work with drivers, vendors and freight companies Other duties as assigned including: • Checking items for quality assurance • Shrink and stretch wrapping pallets and packages • Shop work as needed • Assisting team members in various other tasks Advanced Sign is a rapidly expanding internet retailer and local sign company with manufacturing operations performed in-house at our locations in Boise and Meridian, Idaho and selling internationally.
