A successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, have a good work ethic, and a strong competitive drive. We are expecting the best. This is not a desk job you will be in the field working. Primary Responsibilities • Experienced Epoxy coatings floor installer with residential and/or commercial/industrial experience preferred. We work on both small and large projects. • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations. • Input timely hours, equipment, and materials. • Strive to meet and exceed any production targets. • Update customers and sales representatives regularly regarding the progress of their floor installation. • Prepping • Diamond grinding & shot blasting. • Patching cracks and imperfections on concrete floors • Installing epoxy and urethane coatings Qualifications: • Must have good math skills • General Construction Knowledge is a plus • Painting experience is a plus • Valid drivers license is a must • Must have reliable transportation • Must Pass Basic Construction Math Assessment • Demonstrate leadership experience • Able to pass a Pre-employment drug screen • High School Diploma/GED • Ability to work in a Team Environment • Ability to work flexible schedule o Typical Start time 7:00 a.m. – End time 4 p.m. We Offer: • Competitive Wages and Performance-Based Raises • Health and Dental & Insurance (90-day probationary period) • Simple IRA with Employer Match • Paid On-The-Job Training • Paid Time Off • Full-time: $14.00 to $25.00 /hour
