Hardscaping/Yard work project for 2-3 weeks

This is hard work. You will need to be physically fit and active. Please read the entire ad from start to finish.... I am building a outdoor patio and retaining wall. I have all the heavy equipment needed, such as bobcat and compactor but there's still other manual and physically hard work that needs to be done. Here is a list of activities/job tasks Shovelling dirt and stone Moving Compactor around to help level and compact stone Picking up and moving heavy blocks for retaining wall Measuring and ensuring block wall is level and true using. Installing heavy block and pavers on the patio There is approx 2-3 weeks of work ahead of us. The work is all outside work and we will work when its not raining or if conditions will stop us from working. I am looking for a few good people to start working asap Its all about respect right? I'll respect you and you can respect me by showing up on time and being a good worker and acting as a good team player. I'll pay $25 per hour but will not pay for lunch breaks or lateness. I prefer to pay you via Venmo at the end of each day. (let me know if thats a problem and we will figure something else out) I live in Berwyn PA - So you will need to have reliable transport to get out here. I prefer if we can start work at 9:30am and there is easily 6-8 hours of work per day available for 2-3 weeks.
