We have a really nice backyard chicken coop that our girls used when they were in 4H. It has ingenious automatic watering and feeding systems. It should be relatively easy for you to disassemble it into 4-5 large panels. You'll need a couple strong people to carry the panels away, and you'll need a pickup truck or trailer to haul it away.
