Preferably painting experience. Someone who's not afraid of working on a ladder at times. Someone who can follow directions, and is a quick learner, who catches on to things fairly quickly, and can be trusted to be left alone and tackle a job at hand. Someone who has good common sense. If you have a hammer tape measure or any other tools, that is a plus. I am a master electrician here in the Austin area. But I specialize in kitchen and bath remodels, as well as Property Management. So we will be doing a wide range of items. Great opportunity to learn different skills. You must have your own transportation. Preferably a truck, van, or SUV. You will be transporting ladders and tools to different jobs. Someone who can keep up with the work level. Who is not afraid of lifting and carrying heavy items.
