Real Estate Investor is looking for property inspectors for Waco area. Must have reliable transportation and access to a smartphone/camera and computer with a high speed internet connection. Job Duties include but are not limited to: - Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers - Virtual inspecting and exterior of properties - Door Knocking - Evaluating property for condition including landscaping exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and HVAC - Putting lock boxes on properties Jobs vary daily based upon the numbers of homes inspected. Typically number of homes inspected weekly range 1-5 $50 per property $250-500 per deal
