Cleaning and maintaining common areas space which includes hallways, lobbies, floors, carpet, glass, gym, lounge, dinning room, kitchen, outdoor furniture, decks, pool deck, garage, manage multiple trash chutes for trash and recycling weekly. Also responsible for all grounds around the facility. Compensation and shift days and hours be discussed during interview process.
