To everyone out there seeking a certified general contractor for home remodel work. To my opinion it would serve you justice to avoid AFFORDABLE QUALITY HOME REPAIR AND REMODELING LLC OWED BY DBPR LICENSED # CGC061768. Work is far from quality, he is a one man team, his work on my home was a $16k disaster and left incomplete. He also makes choices for you rather than you making them, leaves you stuck over a barrel at his mercy, as well as leaving you with dangerous life threatening issues ie electrical, does not clean up his daily mess created. In my case a non working working kitchen not to mention tile and grout work with not one level tile installed. Keep in mind this only my opinion but I do have start to his called complete photos if anyone would like to see the results !!! If anyone would like to view the photos feel free to drop me a line to request and make your own decision. Total disaster, granite people did well but my cabinets were not right so range would not fit, he used a hammer and 2 x 4 to drive them over after granite and wall tile ( creating another disaster ). I could go on and on but photos are worth a thousand words. Thus my personal opinion as well as my personal ( money wasted ). Opinion wise hire at your owe risk and don’t bother viewing his pics of previous jobs. 🤬guess it has a limit on photos but I have many.
