MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Requirements · Previous apartment or construction experience preferred. · Completing resident maintenance requests. · Doing the work to turn vacant apartments into market ready apartments. · Snow removal · Build relationships with residents, staff, and colleagues. · Energetic, personable and professional. · Great customer service skills. · Possess a strong work ethic. · On-call rotation for after hour emergencies. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Qualifications · Demonstrated abilities in plumbing and light electrical work. · Completing tasks to maintain and improve the physical upkeep of the community buildings.
