Bought a house here and the former owners left it trashed. Need my yard cleaned up and looking pretty. Pays cash $60. It's not too bad but I don't have the time. Should be about 2-4 hours of work.
Just get rid of the trash in the yard, clean it up, organize the kids toys that are back there. Use any piled dirt to fill in holes. Put large items in the garage for later disposal.
