We pay weekly on Friday.
In need of someone who has maintenance handy man skills. We complete apartment and housing maintenance renovations & work orders to include: paint, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, trash outs, general carpentry, flooring, etc.
Hourly pay is based upon your skill level. Hourly rate is negotiable.
Our Ideal Candidate has:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a Maintenance/Handyman/Construction capacity.
Good work ethics and time management skills.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
References are required.
