Need 8 foot fence cut to 4 foot

I have 2 sections of wooden fence, one is 16 feet long, another is 19 feet long that are 8 feet tall and need to be cut to 4 feet tall. I live about 5 minutes south of the Navy Base. Please email me if you are interested in this work. Thanks
