Tremco Incorporated is currently seeking Hourly Commercial Masonry Technician in Jacksonville FL and surrounding areas who can complete repairs on roof to wall transitions, windows, and smaller scale façade repairs. To Apply Click Link: If you have any questions call Neal Owens @ 216-308-1532 Hourly Rate: $20-28/hour (skill and experience based) Position Duties & Responsibilities: • Experience in tuck pointing • Experience in caulking • Experienced in concrete repairs with special repair mortars • Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) • Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. • Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. • Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. • Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees Job Requirements: • Commercial Masonry: 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction (concrete and masonry restoration vertical preferred) • Good knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial, at times the applicant may be required to do roofing application work in addition to masonry work when necessary. • Reliable form of transportation • Acceptable background check per company standards • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical Benefits: • 401K • Health Insurance • Paid time-off
