engine install help !

I m working with a 2007 volvo s40, old engine was bad removed - need help installing good used engine on the car now- don't have the engine yet ! so I m trying to get an idea what is going cost for total job.. if interested and have experience doing it please let me know. old engine has been removed I may have to remove the front bumper and radiator to make even more room,, no biggie on that, I have all the tools, also getting quickjack to lift the car up. as i stated i did removed old one JUST NEED EXTRA SET OF HANDS HOPEFULLY MORE EXPERIENCE >>
