Need a Carpenter who has a truck and "maybe" a trailer, not necessarily this portion of the job but, next time. What you will need this time is a nail gun, that shoots straight nails to hang tier drop siding for the porch. I have the wood already, this portion is not many pieces. I hired a carpenter who used regular nails, I checked how the carpenter hung the other side of the house a couple of years ago and it was done with a nail gun. I spoke to the Antique wood warehouse in Gainsville, they said, it is the best way to hang this particular siding. We also need, before you hang the siding to push the (this is a small porch), the one side up, pull rotten word and I will run get some new wood from Home Depo (we will pay for all materials) to reset it. This all sounds like a ton of work, but it really is not too much. If you do acceptable work, will have you back, having access to a trailer would be key next time.
