Description
Elford Asset Management is looking for an energetic and hardworking individual that is capable of working in a fast paced environment. Groundskeeper will be responsible for the upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking garage, swimming pool, etc.
What We Offer:
This is a full time, hourly position. Hourly wage $15.00. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30-5pm. Our benefits include your choice of two health insurance plans, voluntary dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and a 401k with 3% company match.
