Is every Shih Tzu puppy on Craigslist a scam?!?! Every time I contact someone selling a puppy they want me to send them money to confirm or reserve it. I’ve had two different people that “live” near me but they will not let us look at it until we send them reservation or confirmation fee. I can’t believe there are so many people that can live with themselves scamming people for money. Contact me at 5 o one-six nine O- four eight two eight of you got a legitimate puppy for sale. and both want money up front and change their address every time I talk to them. Their puppies are always eight weeks old. I contacted them in February and they were 8-9 weeks old. They send me pictures of the same puppy 5 weeks later & say it’s 8-9 weeks old.
